This bug is a bit weird :-)
Apparently the binaries in m68k -headers were built for i386.
This breaks builds of external modules as they try to execute eg.
scripts/basic/fixdep on m68k.
$ dpkg -x linux-headers-2.6.12-1-amiga_2.6.12-10_m

linker stage with an error about missing arch/ia64/module.lds.

Hi Guenter,
I've prepared an NMU to fix this bug in stk. The patch for the NMU is
attached, and I'll be uploading the package shortly to the NEW queue. If
you disagree with any of the changes made, please make a maintainer upload
in its place.
Cheers,

If you wish to make use of KDevelop's SVN integration, you need to install
the 'kdesdk-misc' package.

I received several reports from users having the same problem. Since
the package seems unusable, I upgrade the severity to grave. The only
solution seems to downgrade the package to 0.6.2-2.
