Downgrade grub to stable (version 0.97-27) which removed grub-common in the

of issues they present and the fact that there is no way to easily
prioritise them. I would like it if they grew two options for sorting

- upgrade for autoconf 2.61 and close the bug;
- orphan the package or ask for its adoption;
