The maint target inside debian/rules executes two loops, but both are
redirecting to debian/control by overwriting the file.
Everything is fine unless there is a plugin set in EXTRA_PLUGINS. See

I just reported a bug on dput (#481013) and after I was done. I gpg sign my
bugs also i.e. reportbug -g.

Assuming that there will be other updates and no just the one sitting in
