The upstream fix does not apply cleanly to 2.13.0 so I have
backported it. Backport patch is attached.

i just installed a fresh sid debian box to test the problem reported, here
are my findings, i'am using aptitude like you have done for installing
the programs
aptitude install gosa gosa-plugin-ssh = installing apache and php5 etc OK
aptitude purge gosa gosa-plugin-ssh = removing php5
