It seems to me it is taking phpDocumentor forever to make it into Debian. I
would love to help or be the new maintainer for phpDocumentor in
Debian, but since I'm new to package management in Debian. Any help is
welcome.

And the fix is explained in #613572:
python-httplib must be installed, so this is a bug in the openshot
package as it doesn't have this dependency.
