After upgrading my system, Iceweasel will crash in many cases, including when:
- displaying the HTTP authentication dialog
- opening the file save dialog
- started with -safe-mode or -ProfileManager

The last update breaks this.
I can conform that installing rpcbind solved this here also.

there are several problems with this linux-image, either the configuration or
patches as a self-compile 2.6.38-rc7 does not suffer from those problems.
The boot process (until login on vt1 is possible) take 6 minutes with the

I've installed a squeeze system with isc-dhcp-server-ldap and migrated
configuration from a previous version of isc-dhcp-server + ldap patch.
It didn't work.
After some debugging I found major differences between the official
patch and the
I found a workaround: in KDE control panel, appareance, GTK styles and fonts,
if I set GTK styles to Raleigh, Iceweasel works flawlessly.
So maybe it's theme-related...
