I upgraded one of my machines to Jessie and this bug bite me. Please fix it.
Isn't stable more important than backports?
(moving /etc/apache2/conf.d/phppgadmin to /etc/apache2/conf-available/
and symlinking it to /etc/apache2/conf-enabled/phppgadmin.conf fixed it
