This is due to the fact that the build system is not calling the gir
sequence.

I'm not planning on maintaining Cobbler in Debian any longer. I did it because
it was used by OpenStack Fuel, though Fuel itself doesn't have much future
since Mirantis stopped working on it.
So Cobbler needs a new package maintainer.

I've just uploaded openshot-qt to Debian, it's sitting in the NEW queue.
Once it's accepted, I plan to remove openshot from Debian, so that this
bug can be resolved.
Also, as I understand it, pygoocanvas could then be removed as well.
