The sleep is needed to provide enough time for the openvpn to trigger the

The autopkgtest smoke test still fails when calling /usr/bin/mumble because of
not being able to connect to a display. I'm uploading another package that
avoids calling mumble in the smoke test but still calls /usr/sbin/murmurd which
should still pass, so I'll be closing this bug with it.
