when running an UPDATE SQL query, consistently leaving it at 0.
I believe PEP 249 says rowcount isn't strictly a MUST, but since the
underlying _mssql library

OTOH, if you meant implementing the whole concept of connection in
knockd, then things get significantly more complicated...

solution seems to be to change the order of init scripts (set clock _before_
doing fsck).
As a stopgap fix - at least for desktops/notebooks - setting the hwclock to UTC
(UTC=yes in /etc/default/rcS) seems to work.
