Indeed there is the option for me to package a SVN checkout, but I really
don't quite like that option if I can save it, since there are quite a few

should be done, as removing --as-needed has very marginal relevance so it
can't possibly be labeled as "warning". But due to what Christian said
(which matches my thoughts) I likewise believe the tag should be hidden for

tence. It's what I think is called a
"verbless clause", but that doesn't really make it any less "complete"
than a full sentence :)
Not to mention that changelog lines are usually concise anyway, so I
really consider "New upstream version 1.2.3." compl
ds on
erlang-pcre-8.43, which is provided by bin:erlang-core in testing, but
erlang-core in unstable only provides erlang-pcre-8.43-1 instead.
(I believe that's the original cause of the breakage, an ABI break in
that thing.)

ough. Or we could just try it
and wait till the next breakage before removing elixir-lang from
testing.
I'm not sure I'd call a package "unmaintained" when the last maintainer
upload was last September, so perhaps I'd still try to give it a
anymore.
Lastly, I recommend you just don't spend too much time on understanding
the autorm situation, rather just fix whatever is broken and make
elixir-lang pass the autopkgtest again; the autorm date is more than a
month away after all.

That being an udeb I know many things don't apply to it, but I'm not
sure if maybe I hsould place those d-i hooks elsewhere.
If, as I think, they are in the right place, please teach lintian to
ignore that in udebs.

This theme is not compatible with sphinx 2.
There seems to be a new upstream available in

commits.

debhelper/13 just migrated to bullseye, I reckon a buster-bpo will
follow soon.
I'm sure we can all wait a few more days...

However now, thinking again, I can't think of a good reason to have a
version of debhelper <= of that of debhelper-compat even with a build
profile, I'm not sure what I was thinking about. :3
