These bugs are all the same. The stop part of thttpd's init script took too
long, so the start part failed. Adding a sleep 1, as recommended, fixes
this.

After further analysis, I realized that the config script was not working,
since the debconf templates are missing. Since there's a changelog entry
that states that debconf stuff was removed, I assume that the config script
was being installed by mistake.
Therefore, I removed the config

bash was complaining about a test, due to an unquoted variable.
But then the script kept looping infinitely, due to the lack of debconf
templates. The templates were removed in a previous version, and I
