The php5.conf file attaches a mime-type via a FileMatch. That appears to
override ForceType.
In php4.conf the extension was mapped to a type. That works fine with
ForceType.

Burning some files in a data DVD using brasero is very slow. I get 2.6x

keep_above after the unstick and unfullscreen and it works as expected
