In my experience python-qt4, pykde4 and python-sip are always a bit fragile.
Maybe this crash is caused by the fact that python-qt4 and pykde4 are built

Support for the Dreamplug has been added to the upstream kernel and uses FDT
for machine detection. I've had a patch accepted with u-boot upstream to enable
FDT on the dreamplug, currently it is in the arm custodian's next

Support has been added ot the uypstream kernel for the Dreamplug as a FDT
machine type. Accordingly the attached patch adds the necessary db enry for
this class of machines. Please consider applying.

down here in the Debian Bug tracking system we got a report telling,
that an TL checkout made on 20120328 can't be built using g++ 4.7:
