The headers packaging being discussed in this bug is now obsolete.
nVidia have released a DFSG-free vdpau adaption library, which is being
packaged by the pkg-multimedia team, packaging ITP is being tracked in
#549626.
So I'd suggest either closing this bug, or maybe merging it with that
one.
