File: tophat
Dear Maintainer,
Tophat 2.0.13 started to include a convience copy of samtools 0.1.18, I believe
this is technically a violation of Debian policy. Though I'm not sure how hard
it would be properly fix the issue.

We have somewhat heterogeneous compute cluster with about 10 nodes running
debian testing with systemd, however the 4 main file servers are all running
debian wheezy. Most of the systems are running nfs v3, though we have a couple
testing nfs v4. NFS is largely just working for us.

Package: repro
Version: 1:1.9.7-4
Severity: normal
Dear Maintainer,
I was attempting to upgrade from 1.9.repro:i386 1.9.7-1 to 1:1.9.7-4 during an
upgrade from wheezy + some testing to jessie.
On restart it failed with an error message (My current configuration has debug
mode turned on).
Thank you for the bug report,
The problem is that the dnssec-trigger-panel is a GNOME 2 application and so
needs to be ported to a newer notification system.

Dear Maintainer,
We would like to transition to qt-gstreamer 1.x and Kamoso is one of the users

Nothing else seems to need patches, so I hadn't filed bug reports.

Dear Maintainer,
Tobias Frost suggested converting libkpeople to be a multi-arch library.
I tried, but I couldn't figure out the right manipulations to the CMake scripts
to make it work. I think as KDE components are ported to
