Hi all,
I found out, that there might be in the file
~/.kde/share/config/ksmserverrc the reason for this behaviour.
In this file there are some lines, like these:

program2=konsole
restartCommand1=kwin,-session,117f010001047192411001074
I discovered, that ALL applications, which are running at the moment, when
the Save Settings-button is pressed, are mentioned to ksmserverrc.
This happens at logout.
ALL running applications are marked with a comma, so at next start they will

another info:
kernel-image can also be excluded for this bug. I tested with an older kernel,

This leaves only two possible responsible packages:
- udev
- xserver-xorg
I am still testing, and those two got a good chance, to cause
-dkms packages.
Just a suggestion, and maybe you might want to implement this in the next

openoffice.org-versions automatically.
The file is then correctly saved with the given filename.
I would be nioce, if you could take a look at this in the next version (if you
did it not already)
Thank you very much!

Dear maintainers,
the described bug is not in any of the packages by debian. The missing script
belongs to openvas-plugins, which is still not in the repository. Besides IMO
this package should be added as soon as possible, the bug is not related to
any other openvas package. My fault! Sorry
