There is no type checking in the parameters in sprintf function.
In this case, “%.2fm” corresponds to the float type data, ConvertAnyFormat()
corresponds to the double type data. So it causes undesirable behavior
including buffer overflow. Replacing sprintf with snprintf may fix this bug.

I am the Debian Maintainer of grisbi.
I have no idea when grisbi 1.1 (with support of goffice 0.10) will be
released. The progress is very slow.
At worst it is possible to build grisbi 1.0 without support of goffice-0.8.
So goffice-0.8 can be removed.

I guess your problem comes from the ACS driver.
Try to run pcscd inside gdb to generate a backtrace.
Do something like:
$ sudo gdb /usr/sbin/pcscd

Do something like:
$ sudo gdb /usr/sbin/pcscd

then start opensc-tool

in gdb use:
(gdb) backtrace

Just for info, the upstream commit is
https://anonscm.debian.org/cgit/pcsclite/CCID.git/commit/?id=205e4657b87aa9367af755f28461436ab43696d5
Debian testing has the CCID driver version 1.4.21.
Can you try with this version and confirm the bug is fixed?
