buildflags (except -O2[1]). The upstream makefile had to be patched
to insert

The WNPP bug #390836 has not seen any human activity since Feb 09, the
package FTBFS #628333 and upstream appears to be dead. Finally it is
listed on [1], so I suspect it is also blocking the qt3 removal in some
(distant?) future. :)

and RC-buggy. But I saw a version of sim on mentors.d.n, despite this
bug not being an ITA.

I wanted to write a patch for the missing build-arch/build-indep
targets in kannel. But on closer examination, it turns out that
