Hi Gert, That's great to hear! As far as the CMAKE_PREFIX_PATH, I set it to /opt/Qt/5.3/gcc_64/lib/cmake. In my case, Qt is installed to /opt/Qt. I am not quite sure why the VTK and GDCM are becoming an issue in the debian build, perhaps ITK and VTK are configured slightly differently from the way
