I don't think this issue can be in apt-setup as apt-setup does not use
wget (except if the local generator is used, which AFAICT was not the

the current version fails to build on GNU/kFreeBSD.
It needs small tweak, as it have to be compiled with -std=gnu99,
otherwise is O_NDELAY undefined.
