only after I had begun running a BitTorrent client with a few GBs of files
open at once.
I see no thrashing unless the BT client is running, so I think the severity
should be downgraded to normal or minor/wishlist.

So, Petter, you're supposing that the ldap server and the dhcpd server
are in the same machine. But that does not need to be the case so, what
will happen after adding slapd to the Should-Start section, if slapd
is not installed in the same machine?
