The attached patch closes the 2 RC bugs on iripdb. Could you please
apply it and upload the resulting package? These RC bugs currently block
iripdb from getting in testing and make it uninstallable in sid.

The package python-pydot has version 1.0.28 in debian. However the
package installed reports as version 1.0.32 (see setup.py in the source
package). This creates confusion with tools such as pip which don't see
the same version reported by the package

Additionally the documentation will be clarified in the upcoming 0.23
release of pymacs.
I'll close the bug report when that version is uploaded.
