conflicts. jquery-ui-rails embeds a version of jquery-ui and easiest

Its been 2 months since it is fixed in git. Having 'rails new
something' failing is an important case for a new upload I think.
Also having a sample app working is important for many gems depending
on rails (they have a sample app in their tests almost all test fail
