A work around is that there is line in a /etc/perl/sitecustomize.pl file

Created an open issue at the upstream Git repository for the Perl
Upstream has released a new version, 1.5.10. Tried using the new
debian/watch file on that but there is still the same "gpgv: BAD
signature ..." issue, but again if the new archive is downloaded and
then then verified manually there is no issue. Requires further
investigation.

I was working the Debian packaging for the PGObject::Util::DBAdmin
today. I was able to update the packaging to v0.09 (which, btw, does not
appear to be push to github repo for the module) but found some issues:
- Incorrect copyright years in the README & module files, "2014" instea
" is not in the default list. It's also not listed as
an available language when editing templates, and presumably those lists
come from the same source. Note that It can be added manually using
'System|Language|Add Language'.
