you've fixed #727409 by running autoreconf, but that's not the case.
In addition to adding a build-dep on dh-autoreconf, you also need the

zeroinstall-injector? This won't impact end users (the binary package
is 0install now; that's what end users will see, and that's what
they'd install), but it makes this transition less of a hassle if

on libjs-jquery and replace the embedded copy with a symlink to
debian's jquery.
It looks like the documentation can be built from source using
doxygen, so please generate the docs at build time.
