Dovecot fails to start if cloud packages are removed. The service has
"After=local-fs.target network-online.target". Probably the
network-online.target is gone, the service started too early, before ip
addresses are assigned.

Observed flaky network interface under high TX load with guest OS
bridging across eno1 interface. Issue only manifested under load, and
exhibited flapping in dmesg, e.g.:

w what the implications of Pure Space overflow are but presumably
bad things happen in some circumstances. However emacs is working for me
so I suppose the circumstances are not all that common.
Still, the fix is straightforward (apparently) so well worth doing, IMHO
