I'd really love to have this package in buster.
But this means that it must be in testing before 2019-02-12. So not
much time left. The package doesn't have to be in perfect shape by then
but afterwards the soft freeze will be active!

I really value the intent to package this piece of software, but for me
it is hard to understand why after two years of the ITP, still nothing
has happened.
For starters, it should be easy to just pull the code from the Nextcloud
PPA over at Ubuntu
