kshutdown 2.0beta12 fails to build on the Debian non-linux architectures

The problem is that the test suite run (just like the whole package
build) is done within fakeroot (which means fakeroot-tcp), triggering
Debian's #534879.
I just had a run of 6 sequences ./configure + make + make check, and
all of them passed nicely.
