This seems to be no copy+paste error because MD5SUMS, SHA1SUMS, and
SHA256SUMS show the same lack.

I was able to build netinstall and business card sized images but not cd or
dvd images. Setting the media type to CD or DVD in various places in the
CONF.sh, easy-build.sh and and the command line altered the title but not
the size of the resulting images.

Actually, checking the current debian-cd code it looks like we don't
use much outside of the contents

It sounds like building a smaller debain-cd iso from a hug iso is possible
with the current tool set and some minor tweaking. I will give it a go and
report back.
