This "fix" broke HIDPI scaling for me. Looking at the patch, this patch is just broken. Rounding up to nearest is correct, because it means if you have a scale factor of 1. you end up with 2. With the patch applied, it scales to 1, which is nonsense. What the heck are you doing? Really?
