There are some updates made for the translation files not documented in
the changelog. Also, some .po files have their Language field empty.

What happened was that my sponsor mistakenly uploaded 0.13 to unstable
instead of the fixed 0.12.2 for squeeze. I read about a similar case on
debian-devel suggesting that uploading to this would solve the issue.
Philipp approved the tpu upload.
