Hi,
As suggested I installed altgcc package and still could not compile the
program. The compiler complains about the undefined size of a variable.
I traced this to struct fd_set. The following code compiles on a bo box,
but not on a hamm box.
#include stdio.h
#include sys/time.h
int main(void)
Hello,
I am currently running hamm. Setting up my machine for dial-up to my
isp (tcp/ip) was very simple using ppconfig (My sincere thanks to its
author).
After setting up everything, as an user I could pon and get connected.

Hello,
I recently installed hamm on one of my machines. I am now having some
trouble getting the ps files printed on a HP Laserjet 4MP, which is a

(Model 7100i, IDE interface). The cd-writer howto and other related docs
talk of burning cd's, etc all give pointers to scsi drives. Can somebody
point me to or assist me in writing a cd through the ide interface drive?

1. I have installed offix-files for which there is manpage files.1x.gz in
/usr/X11R6/man/man1. But 'man files' says 'No manual entry...' I also get
a message
