lancement (par l'entrée session), que ce soit ion, fwm, wmaker ... Sauf
afterstep.
J'arrive bien-sûr à le lancer en le mettant dans .xinitrc ou .xsession
mais j'aimerais m'en passer et le retrouver dans les

configuracion, posiblemente sea por utilizar el mismo device tanto para gpm
como para las x por ejemplo /dev/psaux en ambos servicios.

Me faltaban fuentes por instalar y además tenía un pequeño cruce ente X
4 y X 3. El font server era de X3 cuando las X eran la versión 4.

I am trying to install a new theme into AfterStep. I have downloaded
the theme and placed it into: ~/GNUstep/Library/AfterStep/themes. I had
to make the directory themes, does it need a specific premission ?

You can use that engine, or do it by hand, just untar the tarball, and put
files into appropriate directories (manually).
If you will use the theme engine, go to GNUstep/Library/Afterstep/themes
directory, and put your tarball there. Next update all

I've followed the instructions, but never get the afterstep binary after
compiling the 1.8.0 tarball source. Some error messages come up during the
make ; make install stage, but nothing that looks too bad.
Alas, no /usr/local/bin/afterstep, no new version. Oh well.

I got a 14 monitor, and even with 1024x764 Wharf buttons in AfterStep do
look kinda big. WHich file holds the size of buttons in AS?
I realize that .xpm's will neen to be replaced as well to indicate new
size or button, but it will not be a problem.

Cuando ejecuto determinadas aplicaciones en AfterStep, tipo xfig (osease muy
grandes), se quedan cortadas. Con ello me salen dos problemas:
1. La barra de título de la ventana queda oculta, en la parte superior
del monitor, y por lo tanto no puedo acceder a ella y mover la ventana.
