I could obviously solve the problem. It was not, as formerly guessed,
the /etc/hosts file, the reason was found in ~/.cache/*
In ~/.cache/* I found several old files of documents (*.odt, *.ods).
The customer told me, that not all files could be opened. Some opened fast,
others real

I know, I had had this issue some years ago, but forgot, how I could fix it.
The problem is the following:
I am running Debian/stable with Libreoffice 7.4.7.2. (ok, this is not the
problem :) )
But: When I start Libreoffice, then the logo appears, the progress bar is
showing
