with and without OSS emul and with diff DMA buffer sizes

I happen to have that kind of card and
couldn't get it ever working with any kind linux (RH, SuSE, Debian.)

i tested that it didnt help, n i guess this prob is alot more
subtle than shifting from oss->alsa
