Have other people got DVD playback working with Rage

I have tried ogle (crashes) and kaffeine(audio only).
Both give the same xvid errors.

O meu caso é mais estranho já tive o driver fglrx a funcionar duas vez e
depois ao compilar os modulos deixou de dar e nunca mais consegui
colocar novamente a funcionar, embora ache que fiz as mesmas configurações.
Eu segui estas duas página e na altura consegui, agora nao. :-(

My usual process for getting acquainted with new hardware is to start by
installing RedHat, archive /etc, install Debian, and then crib from the
RedHat /etc
it was hard to believe that it would ever work
with the r128 driver, but in the end I copied some lines from a SuSE 8.0

Trying to get XFree86 on an ATI Rage 128 Ultra Pro II.
Works just fine on a RedHat XFree86 4.1 installation. But can't get it
going with XFree86 4.1 on Debian. Seems that it is not supported under
4.1 but is on 4.2? Not sure why

restart the machine; as I recall there was some compliant about the DRM
module version number after the upgrade and reinstall.
