explorer under linux?

I was wondering if there is a version of internet explorer (microsoft) that works under linux. I am working on html pages, and I need to see how they will look also on explorer and not only on netscape (regretebly some people still use microsoft ;^) )

Microsoft Internet Explorer exists for almost any other system that's widely spread. I don't think they are about to make a version for Linux soon. Linux has become to competitive for Microsoft :-) I'f you have access to a HP-UX or a Solaris machine you can install IE there. But it doesn't present

I'f you have access to a HP-UX or a Solaris machine you can install IE there. But it doesn't present the pages as it does under Windows. This is due to the different ways X/Windows shows graphics and fonts. Is there an HP-UX/Solaris emulator that works in Debian? -- Bart Szyszka [EMAIL

your only option may to get something like vmware. last i tried wine couldnt run anything as complex as a browser. vmware was cheap..i got it when it was only $75 ..now i think it is $199 ?? for non commercial use..$299 for commercial [mailto:[EMAIL
