Probably the closest local package will be cw which has the unixcw library
in it. The readme file mentions the possibility of writing such a program
to take iambic input from a mouse. That's one program that isn't in the
package but a ham with knowledge of C could make it.

I installed Debian 10 on my Fujitsu TX 100 S1 (64 and 32 Bit possible)
with debian 64. After that I observed: the mouse pointer is awfully
slow. Therefore I went back to Debian 9 32-bit.
On a HP-Pavillon 64-bit Debian 10 works just fine.

But you manually ran some commands with hid-common in them using sudo, and
so those were logged, and now you're picking up those results
