¡Hola a tod@s y feliz año nuevo! Squid Cache: Version 2.7.STABLE9 configure options: '--prefix=/usr' '--exec_prefix=/usr' '--bindir=/usr/sbin' '--sbindir=/usr/sbin' '--libexecdir=/usr/lib/squid' '--sysconfdir=/etc/squid' '--localstatedir=/var/spool/squid' '--datadir=/usr/share/squid' '--enable-async-io' '--with-pthreads' '--enable-storeio=ufs,aufs,coss,diskd,null' '--enable-linux-netfilter' '--enable-arp-acl' '--enable-epoll' '--enable-removal-policies=lru,heap' '--enable-snmp' '--enable-delay-pools' '--enable-htcp' '--enable-cache-digests' '--enable-underscores' '--enable-referer-log' '--enable-useragent-log' '--enable-auth=basic,digest,ntlm,negotiate' '--enable-negotiate-auth-helpers=squid_kerb_auth' '--enable-carp' '--enable-follow-x-forwarded-for' '--with-large-files' '--with-maxfd=65536' 'powerpc-debian-linux' 'build_alias=powerpc-debian-linux' 'host_alias=powerpc-debian-linux' 'target_alias=powerpc-debian-linux' 'CFLAGS=-Wall -g -O2' 'LDFLAGS=' 'CPPFLAGS lsof -i | grep LISTEN squid 4238 proxy9u IPv4 444516 0t0 TCP localhost:http-alt (LISTEN) Funcionar, funciona puesto que me estoy conectando ahora mismo desde el proxy. To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to debian-user-spanish-requ...@lists.debian.org with a subject of unsubscribe. Re: Consulta SVN + Apacha + Samba
This variable is later passed to a recurrence function as argument and of course I got segmentation fault, because the function is called 4294967291 times. I guess you mean recursive function. (Isn't English fun? Hang in there.) Usually, when you want to catch negative parameters, you also want to catch positive parameters that are too large. In this case, I'm sure you do. As someone else pointed out, that means you want to explicitly range-check your parameters. (And your parameters should be signed, and large enough, to allow the range checks.) With recursive calls, I find it useful to define a doorway function whose sole purpose is to do the range check and pass the valid calls on to the recursive function. That provides the control you need on the range check (and gives you a place to define return values for out-of-range conditions), and it gets the range check out of the way in the recursive part, where repeated range checks really slow things down. This took me a couple of years to figure out, but unsigned types are not for enforcing range. They are strictly for optimization. For example (in C, not C++): int doorway( int p1, int * result ) { /* Note that this constant upper limit is not necessarily SHRT_MAX from limits.h */ if ( ( p1 0 ) || ( p1 0x7fff ) ) { return BAD_RANGE; } * result = recurse( (unsigned short) p1 ) ... return GOOD_RANGE; } unsigned short recurse( unsigned short p1 ) { ... intermediate = recurse( /* some expression that never goes negative or exceeds USHRT_MAX */ ); ... } I was very surprised when I discover that this code was compiled without any warning. I thought if a variable is 'unsigned int' then this is not allowed to assign negative value. That's all. Thank you very much. Why should url=file:///mnt/preseed.cfg work but file=/mnt/preseed.cfg fail? Surely there cannot be anything special about url= which does not apply to file= ? A file is a file irrespective of the method used to load it into d-i. It is instructive to use url= and file= with auto=true priority=low added to the kernel command line after pressing TAB at the boot menu. With auto=true priority=low url=url=file:///mnt/preseed.cfg the preconfiguration file is available to load after the network is set up. This makes sense; no network; no ablity to access a URL. Load the file and the two delayed questions (language and keyboard) now become visible in the main menu. The preconfiguration file can be made available much earlier in the install when file= is used. But loading it does not lead to the language and keyboard questions being asked. Hence - no preseeding is possible. After examining the source package for preseed this resulted in #696857. Wheezy Installer Auto-Partition Oddity
In preparation of a clean install of Wheezy, I did a test install in VirtualBox 3.1.8 running under Fedora 12 64-bit. To save time, I used the installer's default partitioning scheme. Normally I custom partition. Anyway, I noticed an oddity: There are gaps between the partitions. Sizable ones. Plus, sda1 starts at 2048, not 1. I don't know if this is due to the installer partitioner or a quirk in VirtualBox. I noticed this on a VB install of Debian 6, too, on the same system. Anybody got any ideas on the why? Any ideas on how to fix this? BTW, under Ubuntu the package lxc-0.7.5-3ubuntu66 includes a /etc/init.d/lxc- net which sets up a very convenient network bridge, so that the user doesn't have to worry about that. No need for two partition tables on a disk with only two real partitions. As I said in my original query, this partitioning was done automatically by the Wheezy installer. I would have never partitioned that way myself. Besides this is just a test install to root out any problems for when I do the real one on a real hard drive. RE: Wheezy Installer Auto-Partition Oddity
Hi Patrick, In preparation of a clean install of Wheezy, I did a test install in VirtualBox 3.1.8 running under Fedora 12 64-bit. Wasn't able to find anything applicable on net searches. The only reason I can think about is the new requirement for partitioning on 4k boundaries due to new harddrive specs. Harddrives used to be broken up in 512b blocks, they are now chopped up in 4k blocks. I read a good article the other day explaining the performance hits if the OS does not properly allign the partition boundaries to the new 'Advanced Format' 4k boundaries. Unfortunately that was in a paper magazine so I cannot refer to it here. But have a look at http://www.tomshardware.com/reviews/advanced-format-4k-sector-size-hard-drive,2759.html and look in Wikipedia for more info.
