Estou com um problema relativo à acentuação em modo texto num sistema
rodando Lenny/Sid com xorg 7.2-5. Quando abandono o X e alterno para uma janela
do shell (alt+f2 p.ex.) a acentuação deixa de funcionar corretamente. Cedilha
vira pi, á vira beta etc. Se rodo

Resolvi remover o java da sun do meu debian Lenny e instalar o
openjdk. Tudo funcionou a princípio perfeitamente, mas ao terminar a
instalação do openjdk recebo a seguinte mensagem:
update-binfmts: warning: current package is openjdk-6, but binary format
already
Eu pessoalmente não compro e não recomendo comprar computador
que force o consumidor a adquirir uma licença de um sistema operacional
que não irá utilizar. A diferença de preço muitas vezes é ínfima (não é
o caso da Apple, onde grande parte do valor está no SO), mas tudo que
não quero

Yes, that helps. You can mount this partition in both distros, just use
different names for the kernel images
Hi Christian,
try to open another shell by pressing ALT + F2 and mount the cdrom by
yourself. Just an idea.
