It's the negative weight for the test (the weight that will be added to
E-mails that are not listed in ORBZIN). For most tests, it is usually kept
at 0.

duplicated with WARN X-RBL-Warning:?
I doubt it. The problem seems to be that Outlook has a problem with text
added to the body of the E-mail. Adding extra headers should not cause any
problems.

However you want.
That's not a test that is included with Declude JunkMail, so you could
create any type of new test (IE a sender blacklist) called FREEMAIL.
