It appears that ORBZ has gone the way of ORBS and died. There is a message
claiming to be from the person who runs it that is floating around the
Internet saying that he is facing criminal charges (because ORBZ would try
relaying with MAIL FROM: user@[127.0.0.1], which would cause Lotus

people just assumed they were true, but few actual facts. Since the ORBZ
site is no longer reachable, there isn't an easy source of reliable

On adding the Subject to the list... The list is the Q files and the Q
files do not include the subject. In order to load the list quickly I don't
