I'd stay with their current, and you'll either have to build your own filter for Declude logs or ask them to build it for you, they will for registered users without a charge, and if it is a common log format add it to their permanent list. The different levels of info used in the various Declude

In that case, you must get IMail to recognize that @mail.ptsi.net is a local domain. If you have mail.ptsi.net as a host alias (domain alias) for ptsi.net, it should fix the problem (just be sure that you don't have a line with mail.ptsi.net in it, in the HOSTS file). -Scott

For outgoing, Does Declude count the # of e-mails sent? Like a mass mailing? And if so, what is the cut off? Or test it uses, or can I make a test? I'm playing with the outgoing portion while trying to tweak incoming, and we have a few newsletter senders that have had problems sending with Declude
