These are the bugs that are fixed in the latest interim release, without specifying which interim release fixed it Thanks - that would be a great help. Typically, beta testers come to expect an extra level of support, since they are sticking their heads out for the developer's benefit. To

If I may add my fifteen cents here... It's only knowing that there is undocumented functionality available in an intermediate release to a beta that seems to be the issue. Normally most wouldn't even know about the features until the next full beta was released. Personally I'm happy to see

I'm reading this thread, (I think it's come up before) and I'm really not sure what all the concern is about. I understand documentation for the current (release) version is posted on the Declude site, and Scott as well as many of the other participants on the list (did I mention Scott?) do

I guess all I'm really saying is: When Beta 1.1.1 is going on (with the new features to be tested documented in the RelNotes), and at i25 you decide it's time for a few new features, then let's call that new development level not 1.1.1-i26, but rather Beta 1.1.2 with matching RelNotes. The

Simply put, a link for a change log on the site that talks about interims/beta releases cant hurt anyone. True. And we have one for betas and released versions (at http://www.declude.com/relnotes.htm ). However, part of the idea of the interim releases is to bypass the documentation to

May be it makes sense for everyone to look at: http://www.declude.com/relnotes.htm Officially, there is a 1.76 Beta that started at 19-Sep-2003. This document no longer reflects the feature set that I get when I download the beta (plus the interim release that I need to actually use the beta).

Andy, When a new beta comes out we test it on our backup mail servers. They get the least amount of production traffic. If the beta is stable after a couple of days we will move the beta to the production server. One thing that we don't do is run interim release at all unless there is a
