Make sure you are using REGEDT32.EXE not regedit.exe. They are different
programs adn somethings show up (or show up in readable form) in one but not
the other. In this case the information does appear in both but when the
directions call for one use it.

That may happen if our web host is temporarily overloaded with outgoing
TCP/IP sessions. I just checked now, and it worked
