We are planning to add a section to the manual that lists all of them, but
do not have a section for them
Any word on being able to have custom email templates on a per-domain or
per-group basis? You know me, I have to ask every couple months ...

I hope you understand when I say.. its hard for me to concieve of renewing a
support agreement when your product isn't even fully documented..
The problem here is that there are some options that we added typically for
individual users at their request, which are available in the latest

include all the commands that can be used in the E-mail notification
