directory called c:\Delphi4).ThenI ran
SETUP.EXE located in the INSTALL directory. This setup procedure works fine in

Then I ran SETUP.EXE located in the INSTALL directory. This setup procedure
works fine in principle, running through the interactive session (indicating
that it is not a hardware related problem I presume).
However it again failed the installation and comes
