I'm receiving an "Exception EComponent Error" when
trying to start my application on a windows 95 PC (Delphi 4/Interbase 5.0)
- it claims it requires version 4.7 (or higher) of COMCTL32.DLL. Does

I work at home on a Win98 PC (96MB RAM) and at the office on an NT 4 Box
