There's a spray can tool in Inkscape that allows you to paint a pattern composed of a vector shape. You can change the parameters to randomize placement, scale, rotation, etc. Using one shiny new green-gadient triangle as the original pattern, it's actually quite simple to reproduce the scatter pat
